This is not a coincidence or an act of goodwill. Latvian banks can cooperate with an operator that holds a Latvian licence. Those six do. How Long Does the Banking Stage Actually Take?

This means that the answer to "how many seconds does it take for the bank to receive money from the casino?" is: a few seconds. Not hours, not days. Once the transfer has entered the banking system, it is also in your account - including on Saturdays and holidays.

And now for the honest correction. If the withdrawal nevertheless took three days, the bank was not what caused the three-day delay. The delay occurred before the banking stage: in casino processing, casino verification, the casino's payment schedule, or the first stage - Revolut, Wise, Trustly, or the exchange. The banking stage is the final and fastest stage in the entire chain.

What Can Stop a Transfer?

Name mismatch. If your casino account is under "Jānis Bērziņš" and the bank account holder is "J. Bērziņš" or another person, the transfer may be stopped or returned. This is the most common reason why money "disappears" between the two stages.

AML issue. A bank may ask questions about an incoming payment associated with gambling. This is a fact to take into account: an incoming transfer from a gambling source may trigger additional questions. How to answer them is not within our remit - it is a matter between you and your bank, not a casino terms-and-conditions issue.

What to Check Before Your First Withdrawal

A short checklist to go through before pressing the "Withdraw" button:

• Name at both ends. The casino profile and bank account or Revolut/Wise account should belong to the same person and use the same spelling.
• The withdrawal method usually corresponds to the deposit method. If you deposited using a card, the first withdrawal will most often go to the card. If you deposited using Wise, the withdrawal will go to Wise.
• Minimum amount. Every casino and every channel has a minimum withdrawal amount. If your balance is below it, a withdrawal may not be available at all.
• Fee. Check whether the casino charges a withdrawal fee and whether it is fixed or percentage-based. The second stage has its own fee - that is yours, not the casino's.
