The licence and what it means
Snatch operates under a Curaçao licence.
The current Snatch site names neither the operating company nor a licence number; only older versions of its terms do, naming the same Goodwin N.V. that runs iWild.
What this means in practice:
- A Curaçao licence regulates the operator, but it is not supervision by the Latvian regulator. The player-protection mechanisms of Latvia's Gambling and Lotteries Law (in Latvian) do not apply to it.
- In a dispute you take it to the operator and then to the Curaçao licence issuer, not to VID.
- The self-exclusion register (in Latvian) - Latvia's player self-exclusion system - does not apply to casinos on a foreign licence.
