The bonus terms spell it out in black and white: slots and other games count 100% towards wagering, while roulette, video poker and other table and card games count 0%. The licence and what it means
Casabet's card lists a Curaçao licence, but the site itself only says the casino is licensed and regulated: you won't find the issuer, a licence number or the operating company there.
What this means in practice:
- A Curaçao licence regulates the operator, but it is not supervision by the Latvian regulator. The player-protection mechanisms of Latvia's Gambling and Lotteries Law (in Latvian) do not apply to it.
- In a dispute you take it to the operator and then to the Curaçao licence issuer, not to VID.
- The self-exclusion register (in Latvian) - Latvia's player self-exclusion system - does not apply to casinos on a foreign licence.
