Spinit's welcome offer is a 150% bonus up to €500 and 200 risk-free spins with a 40x wagering requirement. The Spinit brand has existed since 2016, but Casino Guru lists the current site as a Stellar Ltd casino opened in 2025, the same operator that runs Casinia and Spinanga. The former Spinit with a Malta licence is closed. Spinit is not licensed in Latvia, and the site itself shows no licence. Two numbers are worth knowing before you deposit: the withdrawal limit is €500 a day, and the operator processes withdrawals within up to three working days.

There are few public ratings of the current Spinit. Casino Guru reviews it as a new casino with five player reviews. AskGamblers reviews the former Spinit, run by Genesis Global Limited under a Malta licence, and marks it as closed, so its rating does not apply to the current site and is not included in the list. Casino Guru found one clause in the terms that it considers unfair to players, and the index is lowered by five complaints about Spinit itself and 24 about related casinos.
As a weakness, the experts mention limited responsible gambling tools.
In the Casino Guru complaints centre, most complaints are about closed accounts with a delayed or cancelled withdrawal, and about an account that stays active after a request to close it. Five reviews is a very small number, and people write more often after a loss or a dispute than after a successful withdrawal.
The operator's public welcome offer, which the site shows without the SpinsPilot link, has different numbers: 100% up to €500 and 200 spins, the deposit plus bonus must be wagered 35 times and spin winnings 40 times, a 10-day deadline, a maximum bet of €100, and Neteller or Skrill deposits do not qualify for the bonus. There the spins are given out 20 a day for ten days, and each batch must be claimed within 24 hours. No more than €100 from spin winnings can end up in the account. The full package with the €500 bonus needs a €334 deposit, and the wagering is then €33,360. Games count differently towards wagering under the operator's terms: slots, scratch cards and keno count in full, live games, video poker and Plinko only 10%, table and card games not at all, and jackpot slots, Slingo and bingo cannot be played with bonus money.
The operator can request documents at any time, and they must be submitted within 30 days of the request. The check usually takes up to 10 days, and the account may be suspended in the meantime. If the documents are not submitted, the account can be closed.

The live casino has all eight types that Casino Guru lists: game shows, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker, dice games and bingo with real dealers. One difference for players in Latvia: under the operator's terms, NetEnt games are not available to Latvian residents.

An account with no login for 180 days is charged an administration fee of €5 a month until the balance reaches zero.
The Spinit site shows no licence and no company. Casino Guru names the operator as Stellar Ltd and writes that it knows of no licence issued to this casino. The Malta licence Spinit was known for earlier belonged to Genesis Global Limited, and AskGamblers marks that site as closed.
